Summer Social Tournament - August Bank Holiday
What a day!
A huge thank you to everyone who made our Summer Social Tennis Tournament such a success.
We had 80 players across 10 courts, meaning plenty of matches for everyone and some brilliant competition on the ‘Target Practice’ court. Everyone took to the balcony to watch a nail-biting final between Louisa Tagziria and Rich O’Donnell vs Isabelle Stocker and Steve Hutchinson, which saw Louisa and Rich crowned Summer Social champions in a tiebreak. We then headed to the bar for some Caribbean food and an evening of drinks and socialising, joined by kids, friends and family.
The day really did showcase Bromley Lawn at its best – it was great to see so many different groups from across the club coming together, making new friends and cheering each other on.
