Easy Racquet Restringing
Getting a racquet restring is easy at BLTSC and you don’t have to be a member!
Tennis squash and racketball racquets can be left behind the bar with a simple booking form. Our stringer, Anthony Smith, collects on Tuesday evening and returns on Thursday evening, or he’ll pick up on Thursday evening and return on Tuesday evening.
Anthony has been stringing racquets for 20 years, previously in his sports shop (Jolly Good Sports, Petts Wood) and latterly as a dedicated Racquet Stringer in Kent and London. His business is Local Racquet Stringer- L.R.S. (see link below), he offers a wide range of strings and is always available to provide informed advice for those who not sure what tension or string will suit them and/ or their racquet frame. He has built his extensive racquet restring knowledge from client feedback ranging from professional competitors to the social club player. Every racket that is booked into LRS is strung by Anthony.
